Our Staff

Our staff are important to us to ensure that you receive the best service possible. So we take recruitment, training and motivation seriously.

We recruit staff only after a satisfactory completion of our screening procedures. We then ensure they are fully trained by our Supervisors and Managers, to follow our carefully developed working procedures. They are given comprehensive training and demonstrations of our cleaning procedures. Further our staff are given full Health and Safety Training covering COSHH, and a thorough explanation of the levels of professionalism our clients expect. All of our operatives have undertaken fire risk assessment training and are also trained to work at heights, important considerations when undertaking works to some of the larger more dense estates.

Training is ongoing and our staff know they have the full support of their Supervisors and Managers if required.

With well treated, well paid and well motivated staff we can offer our clients a superior service to that of our competitors.

All our staff on site wear corporate clothing, i.e. uniforms so they are readily identifiable and to add security to your premises and staff.
